Hi everyone, well I haven’t mentioned any podcasts in a while. I Have been a smidge busy😊.

So, today I bring to you The Mental Illness Happy Hour podcast. This podcast is hosted by the superb Paul Gilmartin a comedian, you may or may not remember him as the host of Dinner and a Movie, which I believe ended in 2011. He started this podcast because he himself was struggling with depression and thought this would be a way to talk openly about it.
Paul is a great interviewer, on this podcast he’s interviewing friends, artists and even doctors on the show. The podcast is for anyone that suffers from a mental illness, depression or an addiction, as well as for those who are interested in learning about the various mental illness that may plague friends, family members or even a co-worker.
It’s a great platform for anyone who wants to talk about their struggles with any of the above mention issue, of course, it’s not a substitute for seeing a professional, but a way to let others know that they are not alone.
I found this podcast to be honest, helpful, entertaining (he interviews a lot of comedians) and educational.
You can find this podcast on Itunes, Stitcher, Google Play, Sound Cloud or whatever podcast app you’ve downloaded for your podcast subscriptions.
Ooh, nice! Sounds right up my alley 😀
